About Akella Raghavendra Foundation

Introduction

Established in 2013, Akella Raghavendra Foundation is a beacon of hope for marginalized communities, youth, and students across India. Driven by the vision of its founder, Akella Raghavendra—a motivational speaker, author, and mentor—the foundation is committed to uplifting the socially and economically disadvantaged through education, skill development, and empowerment.
Through its innovative programs and initiatives, the foundation aims to create opportunities, foster self-reliance, and instill a sense of purpose in individuals and communities.
Vision:

To build a society where education and empowerment bridge the gap between potential and opportunity, enabling individuals to thrive with dignity and independence.

Mission:

To uplift marginalized communities by promoting holistic development through education, skill-building, and social awareness. The foundation focuses on fostering resilience, independence, and a commitment to community service.

How we work

Our foundation networks with various groups, agencies and individuals whose fundamental responsibility is to identify schools, colleges and communities that are in need. What we have created is called a Life Building Training Program which incorporates all the important skills necessary for students to carry forward their careers, through communication, English, personality development and social, cultural, scientific and ecological awareness.

Core Objectives

Empowerment of Youth

Provide personality development and communication skills training to high school and college students. Prepare youth for careers through skill development and motivational programs.

Support for the Visually Challenged

Offer educational and financial assistance to orphaned and visually impaired students. Ensure access to basic needs, such as clothing, books, and coaching.

Community Development

Implement programs to improve rural sanitation and provide safe drinking water. Promote tribal development by bridging resources and fostering local initiatives.

Holistic Upliftment of Marginalized Groups

Focus on improving the lives of women, minorities, and rural poor through psychological and philosophical awareness. Strengthen communities by encouraging self-reliance and collaboration.
